| Tony Cuomo Tony is a highly experienced manager with 25 years in the provincial public sector. Tony has held increasingly demanding and responsible management positions beginning with Magna Services Ltd, a human resource consultancy, followed by appointments in the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador as Compensation Officer, Director of Organizational Management and Design, Director of Court Security ~ Dept of Justice, and as Director Executive Director of Organization and Management ~ Dept of Human Resources. Tony’s outstanding human resource expertise is well aligned with his equally impressive expertise in financial management, program evaluation, and strategic organizational planning, development and implementation. Tony is an effective communicator, able to research, analyze and prepare impact analyses of costs and/or policy implications for routine and complex human resource, operational and financial issues for senior management and executives. In addition to demonstrated competency in human resource/compensation issues, Tony is noted for his ability to achieve fair and sustainable consensus building, and formulate needed infrastructure to maximally achieve effective operational leadership and decision making amongst a diverse constituency of public and private sector stakeholders.
